Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order date for store credit or exchange only. We offer no refunds. Please email info@urbanhues.com for web sales return form. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or special packaging materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Final sale items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping Information: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Assuming your order is in stock, you can expect the shipping (UPS Ground) to take 3-5 business days.
Backorders
: Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified via email if this is the case. Our items arrive from India and we will notify you when we expect your requested out of stock item to arrive.
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 7.25% sales tax. Orders being shipped to address within the Santa Clara County are charged 8.25% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.
International Orders
: We do take international orders. Please contact us for shipping costs.
